The only Arab speaking Cardinals in the Conclave: Cardinal Naguib from Egypt and Cardinal Al Rahi from Lebanon take the solemn Oath of Secrecy in Latin before entering the Conclave on Tuesday, March 12, 2012. The text of the oath in English is:"And I, [first name] Cardinal [last name], do so promise, pledge and swear. So help me God and these Holy Gospels which I touch with my hand."
